We are extremely proud of our dedicated and caring team at Towneley Park.
All Staff are appointed following a vigorous and careful selection process in accordance with Ofsted requirements, which includes obtaining an enhanced DBS as well as a minimum of three references.
Our Staff hold a broad range of accredited qualifications, most of our Practitioners are qualified in Level 3 Childcare, some holding Level 4-5 Diplomas and up to Degree Level. All members of our Staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid and in Safeguarding Children. Senior Staff members are also qualified in Advanced Safeguarding and Senco.
Staff take part in regular in-house online and external training to ensure that they acquire, maintain and develop up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the childcare issues that are integral to our commitment to providing high quality and inclusive childcare.
Each member of our Nursery team is skilled in all aspects of childcare and demonstrate a natural ability to care for babies and young children, as well as recognising the importance of working in partnership with parents
